With the growing impact of coronavirus, we wanted to write to you to let you know how Red Hot Irons will be operating during this time.
Red Hot Irons has been a virtual organisation since 2003 and home-based working is the normal way of working for our team. This means we are able to ensure our staff are able to be home and take the necessary precautions to protect their health and their families, as well as continue with business as usual with full access to our systems to support you.
We recognise that during this time, our online tools will become even more critical to our ability to communicate.
For our existing clients we will work with you to explore all options for rescheduling events, using digital technology to support ongoing communications with your members and mitigating as far as possible against costs and expenditure.
If you are not an existing client but have an urgent need to establish a database and communciate electronically with members or contacts we can help. If you are working in health and/or social care to support individuals and patients in the fight against Covid-19 we are able to offer deferred payment plans, discounts and in special circumstances, pro-bono options for those working at the front line. We are not looking to profit from the crisis - our aim is to help and support.
