Please note that you are expected to attend all sessions on each day of the programme and we cannot accept requests to attend part of the course only. All attendees must have a current valid membership of Diabetes UK.
Cost
Due to the generosity of our sponsors we are able to provide this course free of charge to all delegates, to include accommodation for 1 night, lunch and dinner on day 1, breakfast and lunch on day 2. Drinks are not included. You will need to pay for your own travel expenses and room extras at the hotel.
Deposit
In order to confirm your place on the course you will need to pay a deposit of £100 when you register. This deposit will be refunded after the course provided that you have attended all sessions and used accommodation and meals that have been reserved for you.
Dinner and accommodation
These will be provided on the night of 25th November 2004. If you live locally and do not need accommodation please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that the dinner is an important part of the course, with the opportunity to network and chat to speakers, and we recommend that you should attend as part of the programme even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Location
The Jubilee Conference Centre is located on the Nottingham University Jubilee campus just 2 miles from Nottingham rail station. There is limited free car parking available on site (subject to availability).
Hotel check in & out
Your room will be ready for check in from 15.00 on 25th November 2024. Check out time is 11.00 on 26th November 2024 – an additional charge may be incurred if you do not check out before this time. Please note that the concierge will be able to store your luggage once you have checked out of your room.

Meals
Lunch and dinner will be provided on the 25th November breakfast and lunch will be provided on 26th November. If you have specified a dietary requirement then this will be catered for. Please note that drinks with meals (apart from water) are at your own expense.
