- You are expected to attend all sessions on each day of the programme.
- We cannot accept requests to attend part of the course only.
- All attendees must have a current valid membership of Diabetes UK.
Cost
YDEF are able to provide this course free of charge to all delegates, to include accommodation for 1 night, lunch and dinner on day 1, breakfast and lunch on day 2. Drinks are not included. You will need to pay for your own travel expenses and room extras at the hotel. Delegates are advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
Deposit
In order to confirm your place on the course you will need to pay a deposit of £100 when you register. This deposit will be refunded after the course provided that you have attended all sessions and used accommodation and meals that have been reserved for you, including the dinner on day 1.
Dinner and accommodation
It is assumed that when booking for this course, you will require accommodation on the night of the 7th July and will join the course dinner that evening. If you do not require accommodation, or are unable to attend the dinner, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that the dinner is an important part of the course, with the opportunity to network and chat to faculty and other delegates, and we recommend that you should attend as part of the programme even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Location
The Jubilee Conference Centre is located on the Nottingham University Jubilee campus just 2 miles from Nottingham rail station. There is limited free car parking available on site (subject to availability).
Hotel check in & out
Your room will be ready for check in from 15.00 on 7th July 2025. Check out time is 11.00 on 8th July 2025 – an additional charge may be incurred if you do not check out before this time. Please note that the concierge will be able to store your luggage once you have checked out of your room.

Bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer & Freeview TV. Hotel services include a restaurant & bar,
Meals
Lunch and dinner will be provided on the 7th July, breakfast and lunch will be provided on 8th July. If you have specified a dietary requirement during registration, this will be catered for. Please note that drinks with meals (apart from water) are at your own expense.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your place at this meeting, please contact jen.atkinson@redhotirons.com as soon as possible. Please note if delegates are unable to attend with less than 2 weeks' notice and we are unable to fill their place from the waiting list, then a refund will not be available. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.
