Please note that you are expected to attend all sessions of the programme and we cannot accept requests to attend part of the course only. All attendees must have a current valid membership with Society for Endocrinology.
Cost
Due to the generosity of our sponsors we are able to provide this course free of charge to all delegates, to include accommodation for 2 nights, lunch and dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2 and breakfast & lunch on day 3. Drinks are not included. You will need to pay for your own travel expenses and room extras at the hotel.
Deposit
In order to confirm your place on the course you will need to pay a deposit of £200 when you register. This deposit will be refunded after the course provided that you have attended all sessions and used accommodation and meals that have been reserved for you.
Dinner and accommodation
These will be provided on the nights of 14th & 15th July 2026. If you live locally and do not need accommodation please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that the dinner each night is an important part of the course, with the opportunity to network and chat to speakers, and we recommend that you should attend as part of the programme even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Meals
Lunch and dinner will be provided on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2 and breakfast and lunch on day 3. If you have specified a dietary requirement then this will be catered for. Please note that drinks with meals (apart from water) are at your own expense.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your place at this meeting, please note that your deposit can only be refunded if we are able to fill your place with another delegate, otherwise no refunds can be given. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.
