Rachael Andrews
Project Manager

Rachael has been supporting or managing the delivery of projects for 18 years. Initially starting as an office administrator for the Centre of Maternal and Child Health (CMACE) in 2007, she got more involved in the management of projects and started training as a project manager in 2013 whilst working on the National Review of Asthma Deaths (NRAD) at the Royal College of Physicians. Whilst working on the Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) she passed her Agile PM certification at both foundation and practitioner levels.

Since then, she has successfully managed the delivery of the Asthma Audit Development Project (AADP) and the National Respiratory Audit Programme (NRAP, previously known as NACAP). Since January 2024 she has worked for Red Hot Irons Ltd and supported organisations such as the Primary Care Respiratory Society (PCRS), Lung Cancer Nursing UK (LCNUK) and Community Transport Associate (CTA) effectively deliver their project work.

Personally, Rachael loves being creative, working on home improvements, baking or helping her daughter do crafts. She will walk almost anywhere and is a keen swimmer and fitness class goer.
